In accordance with this regulation, OPRA has taken the following measures:

The collected data:

The personal data collected is necessary for identifying individuals or third parties participating in marketing, study, subscription, or management of the contract (amendment, claim, accounting, litigation, correspondence exchange).

Registration Rule on the Site as a Registered User or Client

Any registration on the site must be voluntary. Registration on the site occurs according to 2 levels:

  • Registered User, which gives full access to the site allowing, among other things, the download of software demonstration versions as well as initiating orders. All the requested data (notably personal address and delivery address) are intended to generate an order even if the user does not order immediately. The phone number being required by carriers, the latter will therefore be mandatory.
  • Client, a person who has placed a product order. The registered user therefore automatically becomes a client from their first order. Payment information does not pass through our site during the purchase. We therefore have no record concerning your bank details.

Registration and in particular the purchase is automatically accompanied by the sending of follow-up emails. Termination of our internal correspondence emails is done by clicking on a link found in each of the emails. This unsubscription is immediate. To receive this email again, the user will have to request it via the contact form.

When placing an order, the client must read and accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC), which include the privacy rules.

Right to access and modify personal data with the right of termination: At any time, through access to their account, any registered person or client has the possibility to consult their personal information and modify it. They also have the possibility to terminate their registration by sending us a request using the contact form.

However, we draw your attention to the fact that if the person has client status, and consequently has placed an order, we will only be able to terminate their registration without erasing their data for a variable period starting from the date of the last order, for reasons of tax law, product warranty, statistical and internal management. On the other hand, their email address will be removed from all communication systems.

It is the user's responsibility to secure this information and not to entrust it to third parties.

Under no circumstances do we transmit or sell your information to a third-party company, with the exception of information essential for the delivery of your purchases.

We have NO knowledge of bank account numbers, credit card numbers, PayPal, etc. Data concerning bank transactions do not transit through our site. In case of bank identity theft and acceptance of payment by payment systems, we cannot be held responsible for information we do not know and do not possess.


Security

  • Our servers: Our servers are with a host that complies with European privacy laws, and therefore the GDPR, and who cannot access our data. Furthermore, the data contained is encrypted and is only accessible by us and according to a strict process where only people who need access to serve you are authorized to have access.
  • Data retention: In the event of termination of registration by a user, and after their registration termination, the data retention period is subject to laws, notably tax laws, and we cannot deviate from them. After the expiration of this period, personal and billing data is destroyed.
